Use of Content
All MP3 downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform any content without the proper rights or permissions.

Refunds and Returns Policy
We sell MP3 downloads and USB flash drives with our shows on them. If you order an MP3 download and then download it onto your device we consider your order to be fulfilled. If you have trouble downloading your MP3 files to your device and need help or a refund, please check our FAQ page for instructions on how to download and play your files. If you need further assistance contact us from our Contact page and we will be glad to help. We cannot give refunds for shows that have been successfully downloaded.

If your USB flash drive is damaged in transit we will gladly replace it for you, or if you receive it and cannot use it for some reason we will refund your purchase. Simply contact us from our Contact page.

Shipping Policy
Orders for USB flash drives will ship within three business days by USPS standard shipping anywhere in the United States. These should get to you within one to two weeks. Sorry, we do not ship USB flash drives to other countries.

User Responsibility
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using our site. Do not upload, share, or request copyrighted material that you do not have the legal right to use.

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and website design are the property of Harrynile.com or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
